We deliver from our warehouse in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. Charges are per order and depend on your zone. These are estimates; we confirm the exact charge on WhatsApp before you pay.

7-day returns
Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items damaged in delivery or sent wrong: tell us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund.
1 year on chairs
Salon King salon and barber chairs come with a 1-year warranty. Keep your GST invoice. For other products, ask us before ordering.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged per order by zone, from our warehouse in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. See the table above. The exact charge is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Send your order details and the reason on WhatsApp.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We replace it, or refund you in full.
Who pays for return delivery?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged or was the wrong item. Delivery charges are not refunded, except when the mistake was ours.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days, back to the original payment method.
