Best for Repairing a cut air compressor pipe
This 8mm socket is a straight connector for joining two pieces of compressor air pipe. The photo shows a black body with blue release collars on both ends, the push-in style where the pipe locks when pushed in and releases when the collar is pressed.
It is the simplest fix when an air pipe has been cut, kinked or has started leaking in one spot: cut out the damaged part and join the ends with this socket. Cut the pipe square and push it in fully. It suits 8mm pipe only.
